Education System Reform

Education should be about preparing the next generation of leaders, not meeting bureaucratic quotas. For too long, federal mandates like No Child Left Behind have forced schools to ‘socially promote’ students who haven’t mastered the basics just to avoid financial penalties. We are passing children who aren’t ready, and in the process, we are failing them.

It’s time to return to a standards-based education that prioritizes achievement over statistics. That starts with a renewed focus on our founding, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and a true study of U.S. History. If a natural-born American cannot pass the same citizenship test we require of immigrants, our system has failed. I will fight to end the era of ‘passing for the sake of passing’ and ensure our schools graduate patriots who are ready to work and ready to lead.
